This website provides Martinique shore-day planning information and, for selected excursions, a request-to-book pathway operated by Martinique Shore Excursions.

Booking requests and payment

When you pay for a request-to-book excursion, payment submits a booking request. Payment alone does not confirm the excursion. Your places are confirmed only when you receive our confirmation email. If we are unable to confirm your excursion after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 7 days before your excursion. Cancellations made within 7 days of departure are non-refundable. If we are unable to confirm your excursion after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Cruise timing and meeting

You remain responsible for verifying ship times, pier assignments and all-aboard requirements. Meeting instructions will be provided with your confirmed excursion details. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of return-to-ship timing, availability or safety outcomes beyond the confirmation email for a confirmed booking.

Guest ages

Online bookings accept adults (11+) and children (4–10), with a minimum of one adult and a maximum of 10 guests. Children under 4 cannot be booked online — email us before requesting.
